There is a lot of walking, stairs, and uneven ground in the tunnels, however, Lisa, our tour guide was awesome about making sure everyone had enough time to keep up and was patient with some older participants. It is worth it if she can bear it!
Hi. In light of the current global situation, is it possible to get our tickets refunded? We are booked for June 29 but obviously won't be travelling from Australia any time soon. Thank you

I would hope so. Just give them a call and I hope they understand. Lots of establishments do refund.
