Union, Ne

Union is a village in southeast Cass County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 195 at the 2020 census. Union was laid out in 1890 at a railroad junction. Sources differ whether the town was named for patriotic reasons after the federal union, or from its location at the railroad junction, a "union" of rails.
