At least 100 residents were moved to a nearby elementary school serving as an evacuation center, the San Diego Police Department said.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office identified three of the six people who were believed to be on a plane that crashed into a residential street in San Diego early Thursday morning.

The National Transportation Safety Board is examining a mix of clues and said the aircraft did not have a flight data recorder, which would have provided more information.
