A woman who lived across the hall from the apartment where Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilera fell from shared her experience of that night, which attorney Tony Buzbee says refutes APD's version of events.

Buzbee asserted that his team will subpoena “individuals and documents and video and data” so that they can “get to the bottom once and for all of what happened that night.”
