Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard suffered an injury during a playoff game against the Indiana Pacers and the results are potentially devastating. Lillard, 34, recently returned to action for the Bucks after missing time due to a blood clot discovered in his right calf.

Lillard, who had just returned from a blood clot in his calf, collapsed while chasing an offensive rebound. He immediately grabbed his left calf and Achilles area. Helped off the floor by Bucks coach and staff, Lillard couldn't put any weight on his left leg.
