On Wednesday, a trial began in Delaware, where Meta Platforms shareholders are seeking $8 billion in damages from top executives, including Mark Zuckerberg, Peter Thiel and Sheryl Sandberg, over alleged failures to protect user data following the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
