The extreme heat is prompting several warnings for the NYC area today, including a heat advisory and an air quality alert.

Parts of the U.S. Northeast are set to sizzle as temperatures soar on Friday, with New Jersey, New York City and Boston set to see highs well into the 90s. New Jersey residents have been warned about a potentially dangerous combination of sweltering heat and severe thunderstorms on Friday.

Saraya is open to a return to WWE, but it doesn’t appear that the promotion has put out any feelers about making it happen. According to a new report from Bodyslam.net (via Patreon), WWE is not currently interested in bringing Saraya back.

The National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office extended the heat advisory for the Metroplex through 9 p.m. Saturday. Rising humidity is expected to push the heat index, or “feels like” temperature, into extremely unpleasant territory, with some parts of the region possibly reaching 108.

The heat advisory issued by the National Weather Service is in effect until 9 p.m. for most of North Texas. Just like Thursday, the culprit isn't the actual temperature but the heat index. Some areas will again reach or surpass a "feels-like" temperature of 105 degrees.

Stay hydrated as you head out for your weekend plans across North Texas. DFW hasn't quite hit 100 degrees yet, but the heat advisory continues through 9 p.m. Friday night and is back in place for most of Saturday.
