ATLANTA — Kirk Cousins said on the Netflix docuseries “Quarterback” that he played through an injury to his throwing arm last season in part to keep from losing his starting job with the Atlanta Falcons to rookie backup Michael Penix Jr.

All seven episodes of Quarterback season two (and season one, which also starred Cousins) are available to stream on Netflix. Cincinnati Bengals star Joe Burrow and Detroit Lions starter Jared Goff are the other two QBs profiled in the second season. We’re pretty sure Burrow wouldn’t be caught dead in a Great Clips.
