McDonald’s is being sued over a decades-old college scholarship program for Latino students, just a week after the burger chain said it would roll back a range of diversity initiatives. The lawsuit—the latest in a growing body of cases by various activist groups challenging corporate diversity initiatives—was filed by the American Alliance for Equal Rights.
