Down over 13% from its all-time high (achieved in December), the Nasdaq Composite is officially in a correction, which is defined as a drawdown of at least 10%. After falling by 4% on Monday, the Nasdaq Composite ticked down again on Tuesday as the broader market sell-off intensified across the major indexes.

Wall Street's major averages rose higher in Friday's afternoon trade, a day after stocks closed in correction territory as President Donald Trump's tariff feuds hit investor sentiment. The benchmark S&P 500 (SP500) was last  +1.

A three-week rout in markets has dragged the S&P 500 more than 10% off its recent high. Meanwhile, Trump refuses to bend on tariffs and shrugs off market woes.
