Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, which hosts the Cavaliers and the AHL Cleveland Monsters, has changed its name. The venue — which also hosts high profile concerts and other events such as the Mid-American Conference basketball tournament — is rebranding as "Rocket Arena."

For the second consecutive year, a major sports venue in Cleveland is getting a new name. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse has been renamed Rocket Arena to better reflect the umbrella-like positioning for Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert’s business ventures.

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, the iconic home of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers, AHL Cleveland Monsters and a premier venue for national and international tours, is rebranding to Rocket Arena.
