The Seattle Mariners bolstered their bullpen thanks to the addition of a Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher who was viewed as expendable.

Naylor has spent the last four seasons as a 2-3 win first baseman. The Guardians traded him to Arizona last offseason for Slade Cecconi, and he was then shipped to Seattle at the deadline for Brandyn Garcia and Ashton Izzi.
