An upcoming track championship in California changed its rules to make the competition more accessible to 'biological women'

The probe will look into whether California is violating the civil rights of cisgender girls by allowing transgender students to compete in school sports.

The probe also includes Jurupa schools in Riverside County, but a spokesperson says that system hasn’t been told it’s a target.
