For 2007, Nissan threw a limited number of new 350Zs equipped with the massaged 3.5-liter, VQ35 V-6 that puts out 306 horsepower in stock trim at the NISMO in-house tuners.

The Nissan 350Z was extensively upgraded for 2006, and for 2007 Nissan turned its attention to the engine, which has been redesigned for substantially more power. This brought a styling bonus.

Driving the Nissan 350Z is a 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V6 which produced 306 hp at 6,800 rpm and 268 lb-ft (363 Nm) of torque at 4,800 rpm in 2007 specification.

Sadly, Nismo doesn’t touch any of the power package underhood. The VQ35HR 3.5-liter V6 produces the same 306 hp and 258 lb-ft figures as any other 2007 350Z.
