DENVER (KDVR) — Residents and visitors in Boulder are advised to keep an eye on increased mountain lion activity as Colorado heads into late fall and winter the city announced in a press release.
An elusive predator was spotted prowling through snow near a home’s doorstep in a Colorado neighborhood, photos show.
“Mountain lion activity is very common in Boulder County, especially during winter months when lions follow deer and elk down from higher elevations in the mountains,” officials said.
