A man shot 5 people, killing 2, at K Towne Plaza in Carrollton, located in Texas, with the police saying that it was a targeted business dispute, not random, and arrested the suspect after a foot chase,

Officers were called to the 1700 block of Hemphill Drive at about 1:20 p.m., where they found a juvenile who had been shot. The child was taken to a hospital in critical condition as detectives began piecing together what happened. The Dallas Police Department said the investigation is active and has released only limited details so far.
