Joshua Riibe, the former “person of interest” in Sudiksha Konanki’s disappearance, was briefly detained in Puerto Rico on his way home from the Dominican Republic.

St. Cloud State University student Joshua Riibe, 22, left the Dominican Republic on Wednesday, but was detained in Puerto Rico, according to the New York Post, after being held at a Punta Cana resort in the wake of the disappearance of Sudiksha Konanki, 20.
