On Thursday at 3:52 p.m. a severe thunderstorm warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 5 p.m. for Hamilton and Herkimer counties.

While activity will be isolated to scattered, you should be on alert for pop-up t-storms over parts of our area through this afternoon.

A flash flood warning was issued for Maricopa County after severe thunderstorms moved through the area on Wednesday, Aug. 12.

The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning at 5:50 p.m. on Thursday in effect until 6:45 p.m. for Ulster County.

Supercell thunderstorms with hail over 2 inches and isolated wind gusts of 55 to 75 mph are expected across the Central Plains Thursday evening, targeting I-80, I-29 and I-35 corridors.

On Friday at 3:46 p.m. the NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC issued an updated severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 4:30 p.m. for Mecklenburg and Union counties.

An updated weather alert was issued by the NWS Wilmington NC on Friday at 4:14 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 5:15 p.m. The alert is for Myrtle Beach area as well as Marlboro and Dillon counties.
