According to multiple reports, they have agreed to terms with safety Coby Bryant on a three-year deal. The contract is worth $40 million. Bryant started 15 regular season games and all three postseason games for the Seahawks during their title run.
“Sources: The Bears and standout S Coby Bryant have agreed to a 3 year $40M, per sources,” NFL insider Jordan Schultz noted in a March 9, 2026, message on X. “Bryant has 7 INTs over the last two years and has started 34 games during his time with Seattle — amassing 7 forced fumbles and 17 passes defensed.”
The Browns have now lost two players to free agency, as Cameron Thomas has officially agreed to a new deal. Over two seasons, Thomas appeared in 22 games for the Browns, collecting 3.5 sacks and 39 total tackles.
