CONCORD — The FBI put up a reward of up to $25,000 Wednesday as they sought the identity of a woman who they said assaulted federal officers during protests at a Contra Costa County immigration court building on Tuesday.
While protests Wednesday were relatively peaceful, some turned into scenes of chaos as police fired with less lethal munitions to the disperse crowds.
