I've heard some say Viroqua needs to quit looking back, but in looking back we can see what we had and what we've lost — the gem of Viroqua's downtown — our outdoor pool.

The letter discourages children playing outdoors on neighborhood streets and even suggests parents take their kids to a nearby park.
