The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission alleges Optus sold goods and services to 'vulnerable' customers that they 'often did not want or need'.

Of that number, 363 were customers of two Optus Darwin stores. Another 42 were customers of an Optus store Mount Isa. A further 24 individuals from across the country were affected.
