A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against a Trump Administration law that prevented Planned Parenthood and other family planning health centers from billing for Medicaid services.

A federal judge in Boston ruled that a provision in President Trump’s policy bill targeting the organization most likely amounted to retaliation.

“Patients are likely to suffer adverse health consequences where care is disrupted or unavailable,” Talwani wrote in her Monday order.
