Qatar has accused Israel of violating international law with its airstrikes targeting Hamas leaders in a residential area of Doha, while Israel claims it attempted to minimize civilian harm and is justified in its actions against Hamas for initiating the October 7th massacre.
On Tuesday, Israel struck Doha targeting Hamas leaders, but the group said its top officials survived, while five of its members were left dead.
