Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey left the team's matchup against the Toronto Raptors early in the third quarter Monday night as he took a bad fall and landed directly on his back. Despite having trainers on the floor with him who were tending to the injury, he walked off on his own and gingerly headed toward the locker room.
