Organized by Dank Chapter 71 at St. Nick's Grove, the annual German Heritage Festival returns to Erie on Aug. 30 and 31.

The picnic was founded in 1983 and celebrates German culture in one of Dayton’s original German neighborhoods at the Liederkranz-Turner Clubhouse on E. Fifth Street.

Up to 1,500 people from across the U.S. and Canada are expected to attend Treffen2025 Aug. 29-31 at Mansfield Liederkranz.
