An explosion damaged train tracks between Warsaw and Lublin, Poland, Sunday, and the government said it was an act of sabotage from a foreign state.

Two Ukrainian citizens working for Russia are suspected of blowing up a railway line in Poland over the weekend, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Tuesday.

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski earlier in the day announced the closure of the Gdansk post, the last operating Russian consulate in Poland.
