Cameras will capture the northern lights at their best on Sunday night/Monday at 2 a.m. Many solar phenomena can and will increase or decrease the stretch of the lights. Atmospherically speaking, clouds and Canadian wildfire smoke will drift over Alabama tonight, reducing visibility in some areas.
