Barcelona are at the risk of facing UEFA sanctions after they reportedly flouted financial fair play rules, with Chelsea and Aston Villa also being investigated.

Chelsea are set to be hit with a fine by UEFA for breaching its financial rules. The club breached UEFA limits on financial losses for last season because it did not permit the club to declare its income from the sale of its women’s team to a sister company for a world-record £200million value.
