It was Louisville baseball vs Arizona in an NCAA CWS elimination game in Omaha. The Louisville Cardinals won and stayed alive in the NCAA Tournament.

As for the Wildcats, they found themselves in a similar situation in their opener vs. No. 13 Coastal Carolina. All tied up heading to the eighth, Coastal was able to break through and plate three runs in the bottom of the frame to capture a 7-4 win.

Rylan Koch, 8, was drafted to the Arizona Baseball team through Team IMPACT. The nonprofit pairs kids facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams across the country.
