More than a month after their arrests, a federal judge in New York on Wednesday ordered the detention of three wealthy brothers from Miami Beach before trial on sex trafficking charges that allege the Alexander siblings drugged and raped dozens of women over the past two decades.

Two Miami luxury realtors and their brother indicted on sex-trafficking charges have reached the Brooklyn lockup that also once held Sam Bankman-Fried, Ghislaine Maxwell and R. Kelly, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Police launched an investigation focused on 55 Brighton Ave. after receiving information about suspected commercial sex activity there.

Police said members of the Boston Police Human Trafficking Unit and officers from the Allston/Brighton district arrested Xiaofeng Wang, 26, of Oakland Gardens, New York, around 8 p.m. Tuesday.
