A two-vehicle crash late Tuesday morning caused significant traffic delays on Interstate 81 near mile marker 305.9 in Frederick County, south of Stephens City.

Kara M. Webber, of Williamsport, was pronounced dead Sunday after a crash on I-81 in W.Va. Police found Webber crossed median, but Va. man is charged.
