The West Palm Beach Police Department said Wednesday afternoon all lanes of the I-95 on-ramp from westbound Okeechobee Boulevard are open to traffic.

A $2.3 million roadway resurfacing project for Highway 158 (52nd Street) will close the route to through traffic starting Monday.
