Jim Irsay did everything possible to prepare his three daughters for taking over his beloved Indianapolis Colts. Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson now want to continue their late father's legacy by chasing another Super Bowl trophy.

Past experiences were embraced and maximized, which bodes well for the present and future of the Indianapolis Colts. The wisdom, commitment, football smarts, compassion for others and humor had passed seamlessly from father to daughters.
