Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Monday that an explosion on a section of railway line used for deliveries to Ukraine was an "unprecedented act of sabotage."

Poland has annulled the diplomatic passport of an ex-justice minister accused of abuse of power, the foreign minister said on Tuesday, as Warsaw tries to enforce a warrant for his arrest.
