A new book called The Volunteer is looking at the death penalty in America through the eyes of Nevada inmate Scott Dozier, who volunteered to be executed after being sentenced to death.

In recent years, use of the death penalty by states has gradually declined in the U.S. Now, there's a new push in Ohio to restart executions.
