Brock Purdy explained how he still is working on his rapport with injured San Francisco 49ers wide receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Jauan Jennings.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk, unable to play until at least October as he recovers from a severe knee injury, is keeping himself busy as a temporary coach.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan on Monday after the 49ers' practice told reporters in a press conference that Aiyuk could return by Week 6 of the regular season. He also noted it may be a little earlier or later depending on how things go in Aiyuk's recovery.
