Bishop Alberto Rojas of the Diocese of San Bernardino has removed the obligation for Catholics to attend Mass.

Members of the Diocese of San Bernardino were relieved of the obligation to attend Mass and encouraged to take up personal prayer on Tuesday in light of the increase in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids throughout the state of California.

Yolo County officials confirmed that all seven of the missing workers' remains have been found on the scene after a July 1 explosion at a fireworks warehouse in Esparto.The coroner's office is still working to identify the remains.

A news release said traumatic injuries from a fireworks mortar led to a man's death over the weekend. Russia has been using drones and missiles to strike targets, wait some time, and then hit the same spot later.
