The M4 has fully reopened following a fatal crash near Swindon. The incident took place between junctions 16 and 17 at around 11.30pm on Sunday, June 22, with two vehicles involved in the collision. Wiltshire Police have confirmed that a woman in her 40s died at the scene of the incident.
