The travel ban – which covered Cape Cod and the South Coast of Massachusetts – is lifted as of noon on Tuesday, according to Governor Maura Healey. While the formal ban, which could have come with a $500 fine is lifted, people are still urged to stay off the road as there are still icy, snow covered and slushy conditions.

More snow is on its way to Massachusetts just two days after a blizzard ripped through New England, according to the National Weather Service. A storm is expected to bring light snowfall on Wednesday,
