After a Delta flight made an emergency landing in Atlanta​ in February, a maintenance crew found there was barely any or possibly no oil in the aircraft's right engine, an NTSB report said.

A Delta flight that made an emergency landing in Atlanta in February had no visible oil in its right engine, the National Transportation Safety Board announced on Wednesday.

Investigators found no oil in the right-side Rolls-Royce BR715-C1 engine of a Delta Air Lines Boeing 717 following an emergency landing in February that involved a "tremendous" amount of cabin smoke.
