The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office is warning residents about a new scam involving fraudulent invoices from the Department of Planning and Inspections bearing official-looking county letterheads.

Colorado drivers are being tricked into paying fraudulent charges through fake toll texts that use real personal and vehicle information.
