A missing 82-year-old woman's remains were found buried beneath a shed and partially encased in concrete in northwestern Washington, authorities said.

Marcia Norman hadn't been seen in about two weeks, and Jeffrey Zizz has been arrested in connection with an unrelated sex offense, authorities near Seattle said.

WASHINGTON — A missing 82-year-old woman has been found dead, buried in concrete, and underneath a shed in Washington state. Detectives told our sister station KIRO TV in Seattle, that they found Marcia Norman’s body on April 9. This came five days after she was reported missing.
