Denise Richards' estranged husband Aaron Phypers, whom she accused of physical abuse, claimed that the actress was cheating on him with another man, and also made his own accusations of abuse, in an interview with TMZ.

The actor and reality TV star said in the request for the restraining order that Phypers “repeatedly abused me during the marriage” and “threatened to kill me and himself and the police.”
