The FAA has put a ground delay in place at Newark airport. The ground delay comes a day after a 45-minute-long ground stop.

Flights arriving into Austin were delayed by an average of 45 minutes during the ground delay, which happened around 4 p.m.

The ground delay, which is separate from the outage, is related to "low ceilings" for departures, tied to poor weather conditions.
