Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted for obstruction and concealing the individual from arrest after being accused of helping an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest.

A Wisconsin judge who was arrested last month and accused of helping an undocumented immigrant in her court briefly evade immigration authorities was indicted by a federal grand jury on Tuesday on charges of concealing a person from arrest and obstruction of proceedings,

Federal prosecutors charged Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan in April with concealing an individual to prevent arrest and obstruction.
