The day is finally here. On Friday afternoon, Oscar Mayer’s six iconic Wienermobiles will hit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the first-ever "Wienie 500" race, in celebration of Sunday's Indianapolis 500 ( 12:30 p.m. ET on FOX ).

Fox is airing the Indianapolis 500 race for the first time this coming Sunday. The network is pulling out all the stops with its coverage. TKO: “”The Opinion” is impressed with the swag the network has sent Fox 2 to promote the Indy car race.

The 2025 Indy 500 will take place on Sunday, May 25 at 12:25 EDT. There will be six Wienermobiles participating in the race, each representing a different region of the United States. The six competitors include the Chi Dog (Midwest), New York Dog (East), Slaw Dog (Southeast), Sonoran Dog (Southwest), Chili Dog (South) and Seattle Dog (Northwest).
