The Los Angeles Dodgers will have three fan-elected starters in the All-Star Game for the first time in 45 years, with first baseman Freddie Freeman and catcher Will Smith joining designated hitter Shohei Ohtani as winners in final ballot totals announced Wednesday.

Los Angeles Dodgers designated hitter Shohei Ohtani and New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge were previously announced as starters as the leading vote-getters in Phase 1 of voting that ended on June 26. Judge led all players with 4,012,983 votes, while Ohtani led NL players with 3,967,668 votes.

Eight Dodgers were finalists for the National League starting lineup in the All-Star Game. Three were voted in while five finished second, as did the Angels' Mike Trout.
