Jim is Baupost’s President and leads the public investment team. In addition to direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the public investment team, he has management oversight of the firm’s investment teams. He also chairs Baupost’s Management Committee.

Tom leads the firm’s private corporate investment team and is also a member of Baupost’s Management Committee.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jason oversees all financial operations departments at Baupost including: Portfolio Valuations, Accounting and Reporting (PVAR); Management Company Accounting and Reporting (MCAR); Custody and Treasury Operations; Private and Trading Operations; and Tax Reporting.

Nick joined Baupost in 2009 and leads the firm's real estate investment team. In his role he oversees our investments in a variety of real estate opportunities including real estate-related securities, development and redevelopment opportunities across asset classes, distressed debt secured by real estate, lending, and land.
