A high school student earning both the standard high school diploma and an Associate in Arts (AA) degree must apply to FSU as a first-year student and must adhere to the first-year admission deadlines.

We are accepting first-year applications for Summer 2025 or Fall 2025. Please note that supporting documents, including the essay, resume, SSAR, and test scores, may be uploaded on the Application Status Check after the application has been submitted.

Oct 15, 2024 · Application Fee & Waivers. Florida State University's first-year application fee is $30. Students who qualify for an ACT, College Board, or NACAC application fee waiver or who meet other indicators of economic need may have the application fee waived by selecting the qualifying application fee waiver category on the admissions application.

The Office of Admissions must receive all your application materials by the published deadlines. After submitting the application, students will have access to their application status checklist where they can submit their SSAR, test scores, and any additional documentation that is required.
